To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Palunterdo and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption — arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if Palunterdo has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall Palunterdo's total liability to you exceed the greater of the amount you paid to use the platform in the twelve months preceding the claim or one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100.00).
